1. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a quality warranty ranging from 50,000 km to 100,000 km, depending on road and load conditions. A compensation chart is available upon request. Please share your email address so we can send you the detailed policy.

2. Can you provide support with marketing materials?

Yes, we can provide marketing materials such as caps, T-shirts, posters, and more. We can also work with you to customize the designs to better suit your market.

3. Can we inspect your factory before placing an order?

You are welcome to visit our factory anytime. Feel free to schedule an inspection at your convenience.

4. Can you ship the sample to my freight forwarder in China?

We are unable to ship samples to a freight forwarder because the imported rubber from Thailand needs to clear customs when we export the finished tires.

5. I don’t want to buy a sample. How can I be sure of your quality without testing?

Our tires are certified with ECE (E51), Esound (E117), and REACH standards. Test reports are available for your reference. We also provide a quality warranty to ensure your confidence. While we do not offer free testing, you may consider trying a 20ft container as a trial order for further assurance.

6. Can you produce tires with our private label or brand?

Yes, we can produce tires under your private brand provided you meet the minimum order quantity. We can also assist with certification applications for your target markets.

7. Why can't I see the exact price on your website?

We operate as a wholesaler and offer different designs and pricing for different markets. We do not sell directly to end consumers online. For pricing information, please share your contact details and country, and we will send you a price list via email or WhatsApp.
